 Ralph Lemke

Ralph grew up in the seed business, officially joining the seed company in 1960.  He considers himself semiretired but still is active in the business.  Most importantly Ralph is still the person making final decision on hybrid and variety selections.  With his 40 plus years of looking at research trials, this experience is invaluable to us in selecting the right products for the Wisconsin farmer.

Rick Lemke

Rick joined the business in 1997 after receiving a degree in agricultural business from Iowa State University.  He focuses his time mostly on the sales and marketing side of the business, but does enjoy running the research plots each year.

Patrick Lemke

Pat began with Lemke Seed after completing the farm short course program at UW- Madison.  Pat spreads his time between the warehousing, seed production, and mechanical aspects of the operation.

 Jordan Rathke

Jordan’s father Walter Rathke was a long time salesman for Lemke Seed, so Jordan grew up in the business.  Jordan now focuses all his time in the sales part of the business.  He enjoys getting to know our customers so that we can position the right products to help them be as successful as possible.

David Shoen

David is a long time employee of Lemke Seed.  He spends his winters in charge of the processing facility making sure our customers get the highest quality seed possible.  In summer he spends his time with the seed production and mechanical aspects of the business.

Dennis Helm

Dennis joined Lemke Seed several years back.  He is the only employee we have that hasn’t spent his entire career in the seed business, but Dennis has been in farming his whole life and brings a farmer’s common sense to work every day.  He handles seed deliveries and helps out with all other aspects of the business.

If you call Lemke Seed Farms, one of these individuals will be the one answering the phone.  Each one of them is committed to making sure you get the service that you deserve.
